Why a 24/7 GP service?

People living in remote locations, anyone who has difficulties getting to a surgery, those with a busy lifestyle or traveling, living or working abroad can now have telephone consultations with experienced UK based GPs at a time that is convenient for them - from anywhere in the world.

Regardless of the time, or day, a simple phone call is all you need to get both the consultation and the medication. We will even follow up on your condition and call you back for as long as needed, until you feel better.

How Does It Work?

• Fill in an application form online for either a single, couple, group or family membership
• A GP will then call you back for a telephone consultation to go over your details and medical history in order to finalise the application and registration process - just like registering with a new NHS GP. They will answer any questions you have and clarify any points you wish to discuss about the Go-Healthcare Service.
• Once your payment has been processed and you have accepted the terms and conditions of membership, you can start using the service and call the GP consultation telephone number (provided only to members) to speak with a GP - or arrange to be called back at a time that suits you.
• Your personalised Go-Pax™ Medication Box containing over the counter and individually prescribed medication (such as antibiotics and painkillers to treat almost all acute minor illnesses, infections and pain) is sent to you.
