How to become a Member
Membership of Go-Healthcare entitles you to a GP service providing access to both consultations and medication for the treatment of most minor illnesses, infections and pain.
To become a member of Go-Healthcare, whether it is at individual, couple, family, or group level, you will first need to fill in an online registration form. This enables you to provide relevant medical information and details. The information you provide is handled with the utmost confidentiality and stored using our secure servers, which operate at the highest level of security that currently exists. Your details are not accessible from the internet directly via any web browser whatsoever. We take the security of all information very seriously at Go-Healthcare.
Once we have received your form, a GP will call you back to go over your details and answer any questions you may have - a similar process to the one used when you register with a new NHS GP Practice. Following this registration consultation, you will be confirmed as a member of Go-Healthcare and directed to our secure payment page where you will be able to verify your details are correct and acknowledge you accept Go-Healthcare’s Terms & Conditions.
The one-off joining fee covers the cost of this initial GP registration consultation and your Go-Pax™ Box medication (worth in excess of £140). Your membership is active immediately upon payment of the joining fee and you will be prompted to fill in a Direct Debit form (or Repeat Billing form if you do not have a UK bank account) for your ongoing monthly membership subscription. To welcome you as a member of Go-Healthcare we give you your first month's membership absolutely free.
