How Does It Work?

It's very simple;

  • Fill in an application form online for either a single, couple, group or family membership.
  • A GP will then call you back for a telephone consultation to go over your application form details and your medical history and will finalise the application and registration process with you - just like registering with a new NHS GP. They will answer any questions you have and clarify any points you wish to discuss about the Go-Healthcare Service.
  • Once your payment is processed and you accept the terms and conditions of membership, your membership is live. Your personalised Go-Pax™ Medication Box is then sent to you. Each Go-Pax™ Box is prescribed individually for you (and each member of your family) by our GPs and contains medication such as antibiotics and painkillers to treat almost all acute minor illnesses, infections and pain.
  • Then, when you need to, you just call directly on the GP consultation telephone number (provided only to members) to speak with a GP  - or to arrange to be called back by a GP at a time that suits you. As a member of Go-Healthcare the service is available to you as often as you need.
  • Following a consultation, where appropriate, our GPs will call members back regularly to check on their condition and to assess their ongoing progress - for as long as is needed.
