Comments, Compliments, Concerns and Complaints
We enjoy receiving and listening to all feedback about our services. This can often help us uncover new ideas to help improve the way in which we do things.
We use any comments, compliments, concerns and complaints we receive to:
- Tell us what's working
- Help us identify potential service problems
- Help us identify risks and prevent them from getting worse
- Highlight opportunities for staff improvement
- Provide the information we need to review our services and procedures effectively
You can make any comments, pay any compliments, express any concerns or make a complaint either:
- Verbally, by calling Go-Healthcare Membership Services directly on 0844 807 9902;
- By email though our contact us page;
- By fax on 0844 807 9904; or
- by sending a letter to: 8 St Peter's Court, Bradwell on Sea, Essex, CM0 7JE.
We would, however, prefer to receive these in writing if possible.
